    Sooo the awesome :iconxiaoniao: has decided to be a supremely awesometastic person and has given me a subscription!! :w00t: :headbang: :love:
    I'm so excited, now I'm gonna go do what all the subscribed people do like... uh... uh... MAKE POLLS!!! HELLS YES!!!


    So with one more week till break you probably won't see a lot outta me until the 23rd or so... not that you ever see anything outta me... I'm planning to do a collab with :iconshadowmaginis: and maybe even take up :iconhawkeye: on that old collab we talked about doing. I'm doing some reference stuff for :iconcheinrich1981: as well, which was a lot more fun than I thought. =D
    What else can i ramble about...
    I'm thinking of taking Art Studio AP next year, but they have painting requirements... blargh... I don't paint. Or color. And they want me to draw scenery and still life. What are we like 60??? How boring is that stuff. Where's a damn cartooning class when you need one.
    They don't like comic book stuff. :tears: They pretend to, but they don't. They hate it on the inside... the racists! :shakefist: (couldn't think of a better word).

    Ahem, yes... sooooooo.... see the movie Paprika. It's about dreams and it's extremely trippy but it's artzy. And beautiful. And amazing. And.... I can't think of another synonym.... just watch the durn thing.

    Look for cartoon classes! They're so much more fun. And I know, art teachers can be so stiff. If it's not still life or Da Vinci-ish art, they don't like it. :dohtwo:

    yeah my school was exactly like with doing cartoons and comic style stuff, just keep em sweet and draw a sall hut ever now and then, the rest time just do what you want :D

    Congrats on the sub!! Cool isn't it? I would love to do the collab if you have the time. I know both of us sort got really busy. And of course this is a busy time. But if your up for it so am I. :)

    As far as your classes go, I am not a painter myself, I really don't like it. I had to work at it, but I did get better at it. I am decent but I have to work really hard at it. As for the scenery and still life, you can look at it like this. It does help you find new techniques to your drawing. It did for me, it helps with shading line work, and using other mediums like charcoal and lots of other things. Hopefully you'll have someone fun, because I had a drawing one teacher that made you take a piece of paper put it over your hand and draw a still life like that. So you couldn't see. He was pretty cool.
